He says he's been diagnosed as bipolar.

Maybe is he gets on some good meds and can get his head back on straight he might be able to salvage somewhat of a career.

No chance.  In today's NFL your backup QB  needs to be dependable or at least progressing.  You cant have a guy as a backup you wonder if he's going to make it to practice each day or wondering if he's out on a bender.    Way too much of a distraction.    The Packers need to find a guy who can play, be dedicated to being a backup, knows his role, and works hard to know the offense.
