mock draft/offseason
« on: April 07, 2018, 11:48:40 PM »
This is from today till the end of the draft.

FA signings:
Bashaud Breeland - 3 year deal 20 million with an easy out after year one with minimal cap hit. Carolina gave him 3 years 24 mill but with the injury and a lot of guys already signed I think it drops his number a bit.

Draft:
1st - Harold Landry-OLB
2nd - Anthony Averett-CB (I think he is very underated, I see him as another Sam Shields type player)
3rd - Michael Gallup-WR (I think hes a late riser)
3rd - Braden Smith-OG( I see GB trading up using their early 4th and a couple 5th round picks to move up to the bottom part of the 3rd.
4th - Dalton Schultz-TE
5th - Greg Senat-OT
6th - Isaac Yiadom-CB
6th - long snapper(whoever is the best one)
7th - Nyles Morgan-ILB
7th - Walter Brady-OLB

depth chart:
QB-Rodgers/Kizer
RB-Jones/Williams
FB-Ripkowski
WR-Adams/Allison
WR-Cobb/Yancey
WR-Gallup*/Clark
TE-Graham/Kendricks
LT-Baktiari/Murphy
LG-Taylor/Patrick
C-Linsley
RG-Smith*/McCray
RT-McCray or Murphy(until Bulaga is healthy)

DL-Wilkerson
Clark
Daniels(all three will rotate a lot, two man and three man fronts)
OLB-Matthews/Landry*
ILB-Martinez/Ryan
OLB-Perry/Gilbert or Biegel
CB-King/Pipkens or Brown or Yiadom*
CB-Breeland/Averett*
Slot-Williams
FS-Clinton-Dix/Evans
SS-Brice or Jones

LS-rookie*

Don't understand why you would cut Montgomery...

I didn't cut him. That is just a basic two deep depth chart not a 53 man roster. Montgomery will get moved around and play different positions
