Bo Scarborough was picked in the 7th round for a reason. He was phased out at Alabama. He had issues with his build up speed. He wouldn't fit what the Packers want. A good pass. The Packers had to fix their CB situation, plain and simple. Their WR situation also was in need of repair. They had the slowest WRs in the NFL, that's bad! Now they don't. I wish they would've taken a TE, maybe Troy Fumagalli, maybe a Edge rusher before the 7th round. Madison also fills a need. Rome wasn't built in a day. The Packers got better at  CB and WR this year, next year maybe at Edge rusher.

A good watch for people who like a deeper dive into the Packers draft. Found it interesting that they have Cole Madison graded out as the 2nd highest rated OT in this years draft.

I think all the talk of him moving to Guard is a partial smoke screen.

Madison's tenaciousness and athleticism reminds me of one Mr. Bakhtiari. DB was supposed to move inside to Guard coming out of the draft as well.  confused( Really?

Maybe he does end up at Guard, but I think there's a fair chance he gets a shot at RT as well.

Always interesting to hear what Tony Pauline has to say about the draft.

A classic re-writing of history by Tony Pauline. Does he think people cannot look up what he said just before the draft ?

* I slotted Derwin James to the Green Bay Packers in the first round of my most recent mock draft. I’m told the Packers would consider trading up for James or Denzel Ward if the opportunity presents itself.*

That was posted a day before the draft.

So the 'everyone knew', actually means he knew it was one possibility (just as pass rusher and safety [Derwin James] was).

Josh Norris puts in alot of time with his divisional draft breakdowns, some people may enjoy the read.
