I am hoping the Vikings get beat this week, so just to relive the memories:

My friend and I bought Saints t-shirts to wear to B-Dubs and taunt the Viking fans where we live in north metro Twin Cities.

Should be fun.

Both the taunting and the Saints winning!  hysterical hysterical

Nah. Let the Vikes make it to the SB, then get blown out by Pitt or NE. In their own stadium. How long would it take to live that down? NEVER doubt the Vikings ability to build up expectations to have them shattered on the Big Stage.

No, let's not even go there.  It would be horrid (sorry raptor) for MN to win it all the year they knock out AR for basically the season.   :P

Here’s a sequence filmed in a living room full of viking fans. Classic, but it DOES CONTAIN several F-Bombs:

and who could forget:

and finally...”not even close”:

This will likely be my final post here at PC. I’m registered on a couple of other forums, including Football’s Future, but have not yet posted. I’ll lurk for a while, but my new moniker is JQ1. If this site is reinvented, I’ll likely be back. There’s too much fun here to resist!

Otherwise, see you Boys and Girls on the other side...maybe!  GO PACKERS!!!     -Peace-    ( - : #

Not only did Williams miss that tackle, when he missed it he hit his teammate, who was the only other guy who could have made it.

If it was rigged, you could not have planned it any better.

I have been watching and re-watching that last play. I don't know what to make of it. Could he have really missed that badly on a near stationary target? I mean he literally crumpled off to the side like he had a sudden brain aneurysm. Conspiracy theories are almost always stupid, but cheating in sports is definitely not unheard of. Nevertheless, I don't believe he threw the game intentionally, but I'd be pissed if I were his teammate or coach.

He did make the interception that kept them in the game.  So it's not like he was playing to lose the whole game.

When you add it to the fact that Diggs is completely uncovered the entire play and that there was only one DB covering two WRs while other guys were covering air 15 yards upfield, all I'll say is if you were going to throw a game, that's pretty much what it would look like. The NFL has been pushing the "Vikings play at home in the Super Bowl" story hard all season on social media. Let's see how many points they spot them against Philly this week.

So, Ole and Sven go out snowmobiling and bar happing to celebrate the Vikings win over the Saints. As usual, drinking and driving lead to an accident, and both guys die. And being Vikings fans, they're immediately sentn to Hell.

Well, the Devil was making his rounds, checking to make sure everyone was proper miserable, when he comes upon Ole and Sven, who are stretched out, basking in the heat. Hs is properly shocked, and asks them why they're so happy. "Oh" says Ole, "we've been through so many years of freezing weather, with only six weeks of summer, this is great!" Gnashing his teeth and lashing his tail about, the Devil decided that he'd show these two what heat really was! So, he ordered the heat turned up to blazing. The screams of the damned were pitiful, as the flames leapt up and shriveled them to ashes, resurrected them again, and repeated the process. The Devil, sure he'd shown those two snowbirds what Hell was all about, went to find them again. And there were Sven and Ole, chuckling while holding long sticks toward the flames. The Devil was doubly shocked, and asked them what they thought they were doing. Sven replied, "Well, since the flames got higher, we decided to have a little fish fry. Care to join us?"

Enraged past endurance, the Devil decided to show these guys once and for all that the Devil always had the last laugh. So, he doused the flames and ordered freezing temperatures. This, the Devil thought, would be enough to send Ole and Sven into fits of agony. So, he went looking for them, chuckling with evil glee. Then he turned a corner, and there were Ole and Sven, laughing, jumping up and down and high fiving each other while gleefully chugging down Swedish vodka. Triply shocked, and gnashing his teeth, sparks flying from his horns and fire and brimstone issuing from his nostrils, the Devil screamed with all his might, "WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?!?" Ole and Sven, happily passing the bottle back and forth, said together, "Well, since Hell has frozen over, the Vikings must have won the Super Bowl!"

 ;)

Deeply satisfying to see the Vikes get the living crap kicked out of them. Those frauds blew their shot because next season they get to deal with a healthy, pissed off Rodgers.

After one of theirs ruined our season by breaking Rodgers' collarbone it was delicious to watch them get embarrassed on national television.  Karma is a b.   8)

The very healthy Viking defense lost by more points than the depleted Packers did last year. That is very sad!
