Someone was gong to give him a chance.............eventually.
If he's completed his mandatory anger management classes and has turned his life/attitude around, I'm in favor of 2nd chances for people.

Gotta wait and see if the commish reinstates him now.

Just glad it wasn't the Bears, since Nagy knows what kind of talent he is.

Hunt in Chi-Town would have made them just that much tougher.

Like how Dorsey is aggressive in building his roster.  Wanted him as our GM but timing was not right and dought M.Murphy would have brought him back to Green Bay.  Feel we need another quality RB and have a feeling Hunt will be susspendid for 4 games.  Would have liked to have seen the packers have taken a chance on him.

Here in kc there's a lot of sentiment to bring him back. I guess that won't be happening.

Good talent, but the Packer don't have the locker room to bring in a player like that.  When you had a Favre, a Reggie, a Woodson or Driver it was easier to  afford to bring in a guy like that.  That can change over time but it wont be overnight.

Surprised it was the Browns.

They already have a couple of good RB's.

I think this sets a poor example.

Excellent move at the right time. It's February. There is still FA, the Combine, the draft, OTA's, etc., etc. So, let the talking heads cluck and tsk and say how horrible this move is, and how the Browns should be ashamed. It's about six months from the regular season, and if Hunt gives them an offensive boost, and keeps out of trouble, this will all be a  footnote. After all, Ben Roethlisberger weathered far more serious charges allegations. Win, and the fans will cheer.

The Bears coaching staff who has ties to Hunt was thinking this was a lock to bring him on board.  They forgot that the person in charge of the Bears veto'd that idea from Day 1.  There's a line to be drawn and she drew it emphatically!

Man did they get him cheap.

If he gets suspended, and likely he will, its under a million.
