Saints vs. Eagles
« on: November 05, 2012, 06:02:39 PM »
The Eagles offensive line is the worst NFL offensive line I've ever seen. This must be some sort of karma for the dog thing because he can't drop back to pass without getting beat.

Looks like the Eagles have quit on the season, especially on defense. Andy Reid is a dead coach walking. Anybody that would hire Morhingweg as an OC isn't too bright.

I think the reason the Eagles suck is because their OL can't block anybody and Vick is horrible at avoiding the rush. He's not creative at all at escaping the rush, which is surprising.

Many times he had no chance because nobody got blocked. There were times though where Vick had to know based on the blocking scheme there werew unblocked rushers and he didn't get rid of the ball.

His football IQ isn't very high IMO.

Gotta say that kick return was pretty damn cool. It worked to, but to bad the pass went forward instead of backward. Their timing was just a little off I think.

Wasn't Morningwheg once on the Packers staff? QB coach comes to mind, though that is a feeling, not a fact. I do believe he became a semi-hot HC candidate, and coached the Lions for a couple years, at the time Millen was GM, if memory serves. So, its not like the guy is a total dud- after all, as you wrote in your first post, the OL is a joke. And Vick as QB? GIGO applies in this case.

Philadelphia's awful offensive line has allowed 27 sacks.

Green Bay's has allowed 29.
