What's your beef? One is the Ravens' beat reporter talking about a Ravens free agent. The other has been echoed by Ian Rapoport, the guy who's supposedly plugged in to the Packer "thinking."

Would love to have at least one of these guys. I'd be OK with adding Raji for the proposed one year contract to go along with either player.

Any news on Jolly?

Apparently, Jolly is doing some "light lifting" (read it somewhere, but don't recall where).

No "beef" at all.

When a 'credible source' comes along other than some 'tweet' or an NFL Spin Zone post then we'll pay attention.

For now, and for me, it's all rumor stuff and there are so many of those I'll let fans believe what they want. I like more concrete rather than blowing in the wind.

what are your opinions on a Corey Wootton? He can play up and down the line. Don't think he does any one thing great but I believe can be a great fit here and won't break the bank. Thoughts?

Just read Jones is close to a deal with the colts..

Now i know we wouldnt trade for him but if Julius Peppers gets released? He expressed wanting to play in a 3-4 defense when he was a panther and hes 6'7" 300(ish?) and would get to play his old team on a (legit) superbowl contending team!  8)

I'd like to see either of the Miami DT duo brought in to replace Pickett.

Peppers on a short deal would be intriguing. Has the ties to Trgovac, the size to do it and would get to play the Bears twice a year.

Plus, since he was cut, he doesn't cost us a comp pick next year.

Cowboys just cut Miles Austin. He had a lot of hamstring issues in Dallas but he will get picked up by someone pretty quickly.

Denver wants Demarcus Ware and they are going after him.

James Jones wasn't signed by the Colts.

I think he was referring to the Peppers signing for patting himself on the back.

This reaches back a bit, but I dont think folks will be clamoring for him. His hammy issues have taken on the "chronic" appearance - like a certain outside linebacker we know (who's close to joining - if not already on that list...) and a certain 2nd year CB (who I'm hopeful isnt a candidate for the list....). From the little I understand of the injury, it can often take on a recurring character as the healed hammy isnt as good (or stronger) than the pre-injury hammy. So the 2nd is worse than the 1st. The 3rd happens quickly and is worse than the 2nd.......
