Unless teams above us draft guys nobody pegged for the first round (like the queens did by taking Ponder) I seriously doubt Ha-Ha, Pryor or Mosley will be fall to #21.   :-\

Weird stuff happens in the draft all the time. I've actually seen numerous mocks that have Anthony Barr being taken after our pick (for the record, if Barr is available at 21, I'd take him over anyone but Mosley).

I agree with you, but just for the sake of argument, tonight I read a fairly creditable mock which had Pryor falling out of the first round entirely

1. Kyle Van Noy- I still love what this guy has to offer. Everything about him says "Hey, I am the impact and scheme versatile LB your defense desperately needs." He might not be a 1st rounder anymore, but he has the talent and the tape that says he is. Just like Eddie Lacy.

2. Aaron Donald- IDC if he's short, small, and not a great fit for the scheme. He could play NT in this scheme with his ability to beat lineman quick off the ball. He can take double teams and beat them with his power and ungodly sized arms and legs. If he's there at 21 he's the BAP by a large margin. I have him rated in the top 10 on my board because he is THAT good.

3. Dee Ford- Good pass rusher with a great get off.

3.

1. Aaron Donald: Some hype about him going in the top 10, but the mocks are so widely varying this year that I'll believe it when I see it.

2. Trade down

3. No, really. TRADE DOWN!!!

Nos. 2 and 3 are always on the board, so you can't fire me. Nyah, nyah.

Anyone who can tackle and not slap!  Anyone who can tackle and run down a scrambling QB!  Anyone capable of putting pressure on the QB, we have none!

1. Pryor
2. Shazier
3  Mosely

Tier 2

1. Atuochu
2. Ward
3. Nix
