No Bart, no Brett. Seriously? Just show up and shut up.
Why can't Ted Thompson be the MVP of the NFL?

Stop ranting and venting. At least it wasn't ebola.

Favre decides that showing up an event that Starr is unable to attend because of a serious health concern is Favre being a diva? And then a joke about ebola? Amazing.

Also, I'm pretty sure Favre started ebola.

This thread already rates high on the entertainment factor and we are only a few posts in.

The flip side is that if Brett announced he would show up and they held a ceremony at Lambeau the same Favre critics would claim - "that Diva Brett is having a celebration about him at the same time Bart is struggling with his health!  Just like Brett to make everything about himself"

It would be better with Starr.  I just hope Starr will feel up to it some day.  Best wishes to Bart.

Might be too soon for some of you, but Starr isn't going to get better. His health is declining, 2 mild strokes and a heart attack all within like 3 months means he won't be getting better. I'm not sure this reunion even happens anymore.

It would be better with Starr, and Brett has done the right thing canceling it on his end. It would have been great to see the franchise's 3 cornerstone players of their eras. I doubt any team in the league would be able to produce a photo with that amount of history, wins, stats, or championships.

Just as well this is the rant and vent forum. I can say here that I believe the main reason Favre does not want to appear without Bart, is down to having much less chance of being booed appearing with Starr, compared to without.

Spot on, Favre wants to hide behind Starrs public support.  I cant blame him.  Anybody that would boo Farve is a delusional idiot and the Packer fan base is loaded with them

Is this from personal experience? Now, we've had jokes about cancer and ebola; a death watch put on Starr, and now you calling a lot of Packers fans "delusional idiots". Oh yeah, this definitely deserves to be in the "R&R" section.  crazy)
