Collinsworth's comments came at the 3:16 mark of the 4th qtr.  Just as the Saints were kicking off after Capers defense got smoked again for the Saints final touchdown.

Some of us on here had been warning that this was a "trap game". That NO was almost unbeatable at home; that they were a team that was a lot better than their record; that the Packers (as B so accurately noted) were heading into a "hornet's nest".

You dont become the worst defense against the run in the NFL because of 1 "trap game".  You become it by playing 8 WEEKS of garbage defense.  You people talk like this bad defense is something new, this crap defense has been going on for YEARS.  Just because you win doesnt mean your defense played well, and it time this defense shows accountability and stops hiding behind Aaron Rodgers.

Sean Payton apparently said after the game that he had a better grip on the Packers D than any other D he faced in his career.  I can't find corroborating video or article, but if it's true, that's a pretty damning indictment of Capers and his "complex" scheme.

Found it.  As The GM said, he Collinsworth says it at 3:16 left in the 4th quarter.  Here is the whole quote.

"You know what's really interesting is that Sean Payton told us the other day he felt like he had a better handle on what the Green Bay Packers do defensively than he ever had going into a game.  He thought he had some real tips on some of their tendencies and I would say this is one of the better games he has called, in a big situation, his team desperately needed to get back on track and Sean Payton tonight has been masterful."

Yeah, it was a pretty damning quote.  They backed up the talk, too.
