I wanted Watt from the beginning.  Let's hope this trade doesn't bite us.  We gave him up so now I will be watching his career with great interest.  It was a decent trade back that was a nice pick to acquire.  TT must not have seen much difference between him and some other guys.

#Saints selecting Wisconsin OL Ryan Ramczyk with the 32nd overall pick in the 2017 Draft after trade with #Patriots for WR Brandin Cooks

Good night

Id love to be a fly on the wall tonight in the packers war room.  Got all night to sort out your pick.

Yeah, and then the Browns give you a fourth to move back four spots when you probably still have a few players left that you like. Good trade in a deep draft.

Why do people get so bent out of shape on draft night? Why not let this stuff play out before losing your mind.
You don't pass on a player like TJ Watt. That guy can rush the passer, something GB is in dire need of.

He also has a long injury history and has played OLB for one year.

TJ Watt was right there for the taking. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

Ah, so you are a Wattophile, that explains it.

He's a Badger homer was campaigning for Ramczyk a few pages back at 29 too.

No... He's been talking TJ since I've been here this afternoon.

He was campaigning for Ramczyk too so, yes, he's a Badger homer!

TT knows what he is going to do. He's probably already in his housecoat and slippers, nightcap in hand, zoning out to Seinfeld reruns.
He has his press conference. I hope he is put on full blast by the media over Watt.

No matter how many times you repeat it, you are wrong, I never said I wanted him. Go troll somewhere else.

Watt missed his first two and half years of college, played his last season in a rotational role, if he  wasn't JJ's brother, was from Wisconsin, and played college at Wisconsin I doubt you would be this upset about the Packers not picking him

TJ Watt played in the 3/4. He has a ton of upside. Was getting an extra 4 worth it? Not 4th round picks are special. Well, maybe TT will pick King and McGinn will be right.

Interesting how similar the packers and seahags trades were. Basically the exact same deal. You don't see that too often.

there is a plan here. That is why I find some of this so funny. People think TT just had an epiphany to add some FAs? No, he has a plan. He knows how deep this draft is, and like always trusts his board. He has filled some holes or at least taken pressure off his board. There is a plan, like always, and it will all be okay. Add more picks, especially when the board dictates the talent. then, like him, thinking in the future you know all the comp picks you have next year and there is "retooling" Aaron has talked about to give him more runs towards the end of his career.

BE. Watt was the leader of that defense and he was the best LB they had. he played two years and was a beast. Go wTch some film because you have no idea what you are talking about.
