Bears staff changes

Besides the HC :

 The team is in the process of hiring Mel Tucker as its defensive coordinator according to Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports. (End of the Tampa 2 )

Added Matt Cavanaugh (quarterbacks) and Skip Peete (running backs)

Looks like the staff wil be redone top to bottom now..... Thoughts ?

Bears will be average maybe get to the playoffs once in the next 4 years and will be looking for another HC.

Tucker is a great hire...wanted him at UW. 

That is a very good staff.

Hard to tell. We'll know more after next season. On the surface it's less than impressive.

The real issue for CHI will be how the draft and FA signings go. They've got some huge OL issues, and some older players that need to be replaced. Lovie never had a great offensive roster to work with. I can see the offense improving slightly, but I see the DEF sliding.
