Patrick Mahomes Injured
« on: October 17, 2019, 07:09:17 PM »
Patrick Mahomes injured his knee in the Broncos game.  It will be interesting to see if he is able to play next week against the Packers.

Looks like a dislocated knee cap.  A dislocated kneecap is a common injury that normally takes about 6 weeks to heal.  Most people can walk on their leg, and bend their knee, while they are healing. It may feel wobbly, and you may have some discomfort. Walking and standing are fine, as long as it's not too painful.

I would prefer to play KC at full strength but I would bet that Mahomes does not play next week.

Mahomes injury is a huge break for the Packers, now can they capitalize is the question. Chiefs will have a mini bye week and Matt Moore is a cagey veteran, still a major hurdle for the Packers on the road.

If it didnt already, the AFC Championship will likely go through New England.  Andy Reid is a damn good coach, and with our offense banged up this game is intriguing.
